easy excess to web site , has a very large verity of fragrances the cost is very good except for a couple of fragrances i found where a bit over the top considering they cost the same as some of the other fragrances on the shelf but not as a sample

Excellent customer service. People forget that being good with customers doesn't require perfection, but it's the humility involved in admitting when there's an error and rectifying it. There was a mistake with my order - the wrong size was sent. When I reached out on a weekend, I received a response within the hour and everything was solved without issues.

This makes me want to buy from them again, even if it does cost more, just because I know problems are rectified in a timely manner.

This was my first time purchasing from perfume sample lab and won’t be the last. I ordered 2 10ml decants and turned out one was not available due to incorrect info. However I was contacted within the same day with an apology and options for refund or pick something else. I picked something else which was more expensive and offered to pay the difference but was told to not worry about it due to my original choice being unavailable. That was much appreciated so thank you Everett from CS. Then they arrived very quickly. Can not recommend this company more highly. Fantastic service and I will be a regular.
